本文介绍了当前生物脱有机硫的研究和产业化进展,在此基础上讨论了该领域所存在的问题和前景。由于微生物脱硫工艺操作压力、温度低,尤其是与加氢技术偶联的生物脱硫工艺成本较小而具有广阔的市场前景。预计,在美国等发达国家石油生物脱硫技术在21世纪初可实现工业化应用。
This paper introduces the current research progress of bio-organic sulfur removal and industrialization, and on this basis, discusses the problems and prospects in this field. Due to the operating pressure of microbial desulfurization process, the temperature is low, especially the biological desulfurization process coupled with the hydrogenation process has a small cost and has a broad market prospect. Expected in the United States and other developed countries in the oil biodesulfurization technology in the early 21st century industrialization can be achieved.
