我队自1990年以来,使用穴位注射治疗急性胃肠炎40例,取得了较好的效果,现总结如下: 一、病例选择:年龄在20—30岁的干部,战士,病程在一周以内者。 二、诊断标准:1.有不洁饮食,变质食物史。2.起病急,恶心,呕吐,腹痛,泻频繁,多为稀便,有轻度脱水征。3.体征:上腹及脐周有压痛,肠鸣音活跃或亢进但无腹肌紧张及反跳痛。
