《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要(2008—2020年)》的颁布实施,以及《广东.海南战略合作框架协议》的签订,为促进琼粤两省深度互助,奠定了坚实的发展基础。然而这一目标的实现,需要琼粤两省拥有数量足够、质量可靠的人力资源作为保障。调查表明,仅2011年广东省高技能人才的需求总量就高达273.6万人,缺口达131.7万人。而据《海南省旅游人才发展状况调研报告》预测,到2020年,海南旅游人才队伍总量至少达到47.7万人,需求缺口超过20万人。鉴于此,建议琼粤两省为适应区域
Promulgation and Implementation of “Several Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Construction and Development of Hainan International Tourism Island”, “Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta Region (2008-2020)” and the signing of the “Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between Guangdong and Hainan.” Mutual assistance between the two provinces has laid a solid foundation for development. However, the realization of this goal requires that the two provinces in both Guangdong and Guangdong have adequate and reliable human resources as their guarantee. According to the survey, the total demand for highly-skilled professionals in Guangdong alone in 2011 was as high as 2,736,000 with a gap of 1,317,000. According to “Hainan Tourism Development Survey report,” predicts that by 2020, Hainan’s total tourist talent team reached at least 477,000 people, the demand gap of more than 200,000 people. In view of this, recommended Guangdong and Guangdong provinces to adapt to the region
