“正能量”是一种健康乐观、积极向上的动力和情感,是社会生活中积极向上的行为。作为孩子模仿对象的我们,当然要传递给孩子“正能量”。年轻代的父母为了工作不得不把孩子扔给祖辈照顾。隔代教育的宠溺,导致越来越多的傲娇娃出现。面对这些情感敏感的孩子,我们该如何教育呢?评价幼儿应该是科学的、合理的,是能激发幼儿自信心、调动幼儿主动学习、促进幼儿发展的一种教育方式。评价必须坚持用积极向上的正能量来感染幼儿,而不是大声指责幼儿,打击幼儿的自信心,因为“良言一句三冬暖,恶语伤人六月寒”。
