对心理障碍大学生心理干预的实验研究

目的探讨心理学课程和个别主动干预对有心理障碍学生的心理健康状况影响的有效性和程度。方法选取扬州大学参加心理咨询与治疗公选课的大一学生94名,通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)测查因子分大于2.5分的31名有心理障碍的学生作为本研究的对象。采用心理学课程和个别主动干预两种干预方式对学生进行干预。结果心理学的课程对有心理障碍的大学生的心理健康起到明显改善作用(P<0.01),而有违“来访者自愿原则”的个别主动心理干预方式的效果,尚需今后进一步研究。结论心理学课程可以影响大学生SCL-90评分,提高大学生心理健康水平,提示高校应采用心理学课程或讲座为主、个别心理咨询为辅的心理健康教育形式。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and extent of psychological courses and individual active interventions on the mental health of students with mental disorders. Methods A total of 94 freshmen who participated in counseling and treatment of public health elective courses in Yangzhou University were enrolled in this study. 31 children with mental disorders whose scores were over 2.5 were screened by SCL-90. Students were intervened by two kinds of interventions: psychology course and individual active intervention. Results The course of psychology played a significant role in improving the mental health of undergraduates with mental disorders (P <0.01), and the effect of individual active psychological intervention in violation of the “voluntary principle of visitor” needed further study in the future . Conclusion Psychology courses can affect college students SCL-90 score, improve the level of college students mental health, suggesting that colleges and universities should use psychology courses or lectures, individual psychological counseling supplemented mental health education.
