强化培训,稳步推动心房颤动的导管消融治疗

Catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) has made great progress in recent years, which has shown promising clinical outcome. More and more electrophysiological centers have been initiating and performing this therapy, and more and more patients get benefit from it. However, this therapy requires a team with well train-ing persons and conducting in a qualified medical center or hospital. Moreover, there are still many patients need second procedure, clear indications based on the present understandings, strictly follow-up after the ablation, rec-ognition of the asymptomatic AF, complications control around the procedure, atrial tachyarrhythmias after the pro-cedure, reasonable peri-procedure anticoagulation, etc. Therefore, the improvement of this pioneer technique needs systematic training and well preparation. The satisfactory clinic results will to a big extent depend on the solid progress and quality control of the catheter ablation of AF, not in one day, but step by step.
