On September 2, Nobel laureate Winner Ronald Coase died in the United States at the age of 102, becoming the oldest Nobel laureate in economics. Coase was born in London, a worker’s family. As a child suffering from foot problems, Coase entered the government-run special education schools, and through his efforts admitted to the London School of Economics. This implies his liberal economic thinking: the market gives individuals the opportunity to compete freely, and individuals rely on their own efforts to improve their living conditions.
