用垂直平板不连续系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶同工酶电泳方法对套袋自交的 5个玉米自交系及其 7个参交种 (组合 )和 7个掺入父母本自交系种子的处理进行了酶谱纯度检验 .检验结果 ,将种子不纯部分分为混、杂和变 3大原因 .发现田检品种纯度高于室内酶谱纯度 ,且有直线正相关关系 .当含变异株时 ,回归相关系数r为 0 8982 ;如用播前已知混杂率和电泳实测混杂率 (不含变异株率 )进行回归时 ,r为 0 9999.实测混杂率略高于已知混杂率 0 33% ,但实测变异株率平均高达 3 5% .同时证明 ,杂交组合出苗率为 85 71% ,当混入二分之一父母本自交系后的出苗率平均只有 77% .因此 ,室内酶谱纯度低于田检品种纯度应是顺理成章 .
In this study, 5 maize inbred lines, 7 maize inbred lines (combinations) and 7 maize inbred lines were sown with polyacrylamide gel isozyme electrophoresis on vertical slab discontinuous system The purity of the tested varieties was higher than that of the indoor samples, and there was a linear positive correlation.When the samples containing the mutant strains , The regression coefficient r is 0 8982. For regression with the known confounding rate and the electrophoretic confounding rate (without mutation rate), r is 0 9999. The measured confounding rate is slightly higher than the known confounding rate 0 33% respectively, but the average measured mutation rate was as high as 35% .At the same time, the germination rate of the hybrid combination was 85 71%, and the average germination rate was only 77% when it was mixed into one-half parent inbred lines. Spectrum purity is lower than the purity of field test varieties should be a matter of course.
