钻孔灌注桩是近年来常见的桩基形式,它的特点是,无噪音、无振动、施工操作简便、工效高、有较好的经济技术效果。但是由于在技术上处理不当,也往往会出现缩径、扩径等质量问题,直接影响工程质量及经济效益。 笔者通过多年来的施工实践,从理论和技术上积累了一些成桩直径的有效控制方法,具体介绍如下: 1 缩径和扩径的原因分析 1.1 缩径原因分析 缩径一般是由于钻具磨损过甚、焊补不及时或因地层中有遇水膨胀的软土、粘土、泥岩及孔壁中的探头石或泥浆过稠造成的。
