人类文明的发展经历了四个阶段:狩猎和采集文明阶段、农业文明阶段、工业文明阶段和信息文明阶段。当代社会中信息技术的发展日新月异,和谐社会的提出顺应时事。两者之间具有内在的紧密联系:信息技术为和谐社会的构建提供技术支持,和谐社会又是信息技术的价值取向。在这种互为互动的内在联系下信息技术的人文走向必然要遵循着科学发展观原则、可持续发展原则和法治原则。
The development of human civilization has gone through four stages: the stage of hunting and gathering of civilizations, the stage of agricultural civilization, the stage of industrial civilization and the stage of information civilization. The development of information technology in modern society is changing rapidly, and the proposal of a harmonious society complies with current events. There is an inherent close relationship between the two: information technology provides technical support for the construction of a harmonious society, and harmonious society is the value orientation of information technology. In this reciprocal internal relationship, the humanistic trend of information technology must follow the scientific concept of development, the principle of sustainable development and the rule of law.
