提高档案人员的业务素质,是各级档案业务部门历来较为重视的一项工作。然而,培训工作中的一些问题,如教员素质、培训制度、教材使用、课程开设等,省、市档案部门都未作出具体规定,导致培训工作上下脱节,各行其是,这与推进档案事业的全面发展,提高档案工作水平,提高档案人员的业务素质是极不相适应的。为此,笔者试就抓好档案人员培训工作谈点拙见,以供参考。
