蒙药三普勒—淖日布(简称三普勒)是蒙医治疗偏瘫的传统方剂,该方由红花、珍珠、麝香、木香、丁香等29味蒙药组成,具有清热散风、活血化瘀的作用.我所药化研究室根据原方制成口服液,用于临床,治疗偏瘫.获得满意的疗效.为了探讨其作用机制,又观察了该药对家兔实验性微循环障碍的作用.实验材料与方法(一)药物:三普勒口服液系由我所药物研究室制成.它对小鼠的LD_(50)为24.43±2.8ml/kg体重.每毫升含生药0.11克.Dextran(高分子右旋糖酐),瑞典产品,批号FA13784,平均分子量为500,000.实验前用生理盐水稀释成10%的溶液,供动物造型用.
