目的采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食品接触材料(纸、再生纤维)中的硼酸盐。方法样品经湿法消化或酸浸泡,样品溶液导入ICP-AES或ICP-MS中,与标准系列比较定量。结果硼的质量浓度在0.05 mg/L~2.00 mg/L范围内,呈线性关系。ICP-MS检测硼,添加水平为0.2 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,20 mg/L的回收率在82.5%~118%范围内,相对标准偏差为7.73%~10.9%(n=6),方法检测低限为0.2 mg/kg。ICP-AES检测硼,添加水平为0.5 mg/L,2.5 mg/L,20 mg/L的回收率在85.0%~108%范围内,相对标准偏差为5.07%~7.44%(n=6),方法检测低限为0.5 mg/kg。结论方法灵敏、实用性强。
OBJECTIVE To determine borate in food contact materials (paper, regenerated fiber) by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) Methods Samples were wet-digested or acid-soaked, and the sample solution was introduced into ICP-AES or ICP-MS for quantification compared to standard series. Results The concentration of boron in the range of 0.05 mg / L ~ 2.00 mg / L showed a linear relationship.
