本文除对运行中断裂的几种不同工艺处理的半轴、传动轴进行分析外,还对不同厂家的疲劳试样进行了裂纹和断口分析。1.图1为差速器40Cr钢侧半轴运行中断裂的断口宏观及纵向劈开低倍断面。此种半轴一般只运行几千公里便发生早期损坏。断口外貌为星形断口,有多个疲劳源,在反复扭转载荷下裂纹扩展造成。其表面硬度HRC50左右,心部HRC20左右。表面金相组织为回火马氏体,心部为铁素体+珠光体。硬化层深度1毫米左右。由上可知,半轴径正火后高频淬火。
