相向双频超声法提取陈皮中黄酮类化合物

目的:优选相向双频超声提取陈皮总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:利用水听器法考察不同频率及功率下单频、相向双频超声的空化效应。以陈皮总黄酮提取率为指标,通过单因素试验考察超声电功率、提取时间、乙醇体积分数及不同频率/功率组合方式对提取工艺的影响。结果:相向双频超声(20+25)kHz的空化效应大于单频超声(频率分别为20,25 kHz);在温度(20±0.5)℃,提取时间10 min,乙醇体积分数60%,相向双频超声组合(20 kHz,25 kHz)条件下,陈皮总黄酮提取率4.52%,高于同样条件下单频超声的提取率(3.95%,4.03%)。结论:相向双频超声提取中草药有效成分是一种较理想的方法,与反应器形状、换能器空间位置等因素密切相关。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the technological conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from dried tangerine peel with double-frequency ultrasound. Methods: The hydrophone method was used to investigate the cavitation effect of single-frequency and dual-frequency ultrasound at different frequencies and powers. The extraction rate of dried tangerine peel was used as an index. The effects of ultrasonic power, extraction time, ethanol volume fraction and different combinations of frequency / power on the extraction process were investigated by single factor test. Results: The cavitation effect at 20 + 25 kHz was greater than that of single-frequency ultrasound at frequencies of 20 and 25 kHz. The extraction temperature was 20 ± 0.5 ℃, the extraction time was 10 min, the volume fraction of ethanol was 60% Under the condition of 20 kHz and 25 kHz, the extraction rate of total flavonoids in dried tangerine peel was 4.52%, which was higher than that of single-frequency ultrasound (3.95%, 4.03%) under the same conditions. Conclusion: It is an ideal method to extract the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine by dual-frequency ultrasound, which is closely related to the shape of the reactor and the spatial location of the transducer.
