未成年人犯罪已成为全球性的社会问题,为控制未成年人犯罪,各国均在探索有效的途径。为此,本文从考察犯罪心理的角度出发,就自我暗示心理对未成年人犯罪的影响作一探讨。 自我暗示心理是指行为人对外界信息进行分析、加工,然后与自己的经历相结合,形成自己的看法,再以该看法指导自己行动的意识活动。可见,自我暗示心理活动是行为人特定意识定形的过程。鉴于目前的未成年人自我意识较强,实施特定行为一般均以自己的看法为基础。因此,为准确认识未成年人犯罪心理的形成、强化、外化,有必要探讨其自我暗示心理。
Juvenile delinquency has become a global social issue. To control juvenile delinquency, all countries are exploring effective ways. Therefore, from the perspective of criminal psychology, this article discusses the impact of self-suggestion psychology on juvenile delinquency. Self-suggestion psychology refers to the behavior of the outside world to analyze the information, processing, and then combined with their own experiences to form their own views, and then use this view to guide their own actions awareness activities. Can be seen that self-suggestion of psychological activity is the behavior of people-specific process of setting. Given the strong self-awareness of current minors, the implementation of specific behaviors is generally based on their own perceptions. Therefore, in order to accurately understand the formation, enhancement and externalization of minors’ criminal psychology, it is necessary to explore their self-suggestion psychology.
