风速的测量和人类的生产、生活和科学研究活动有着密切的联系。为了满足气象学、空气动力学和环境学等学科及国民经济发展的需要,人们在实践过程中发展了各种形式的风速传感器,热线式风速传感器是这些传感器中一种较为优秀的品种。热线式风速传感器没有可动部件,尺寸很小,因而使用灵活,轻巧方便,并且具有流动阻力小,响应速度快,精度高等优点,特别适用于各种流场的测试。并在对传感器进行适当处理后还可用于高温风速的测量,为高温流动的研究,能源、冶金、电力等行业中的高温气流的测试提供有力的测量手段。
The measurement of wind speed is closely linked with human production, life and scientific research activities. In order to meet the disciplines such as meteorology, aerodynamics and environmental science and the needs of national economic development, people have developed various forms of wind speed sensors in practice. Hot wire type wind speed sensors are one of the more outstanding varieties of these sensors. The hot wire type wind speed sensor has no moving parts and the size is very small, so it is flexible, light and convenient, and has the advantages of small flow resistance, fast response and high accuracy, and is especially suitable for testing various flow fields. After the sensor is properly processed, it can also be used for the measurement of the high temperature wind speed, which provides a powerful measure for the research of high temperature flow, high temperature gas flow in the energy, metallurgy, electric power and other industries.
