全面质量管理在我国工业企业中,从试点到推行已近九年。但是,在我省木材综合加工企业才刚刚起步。1986年7月以来,我厂以纤维板车间为试点,运用全面质量管理的理论和方法,在提高产品质量、增加企业效益方面初见效果。实践证明,全面质量管理这套科学方法,在木材行业也是可行的、有效的。现谈谈我们的做法。一、统一思想,排除阻力湖北省生产硬质纤维板的企业有十几个厂家,除武汉市的几家外,生产历史都不长,多数是在1980年前后投产的,生产能力和管理水
