2014年6月29日,民革中央理论委—上海师范大学“协商民主与公共政策研究中心”调研组一行,在中心主任修福金(全国人大常委会外事委副主任、民革中央副主席)带领下,来到上海市闵行区,就该区推行的“公共政策评估”项目进行专题调研。调研组在区政府会议室与中共闵行区委、区政府有关领导、区民主党派组织有关领导进行了座谈对话,听取了他们对于推行“公共政策评估”项目情况的全面具体的介绍,并就有关问题进行了深入对话和探讨,获得了对这一项目较为完整和深入的认知。调研组认为,中共十八大、十八届三中全会做出了关于“推进协商民主广泛深层制度化发展”的重大部署,《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题 June 29, 2014, the Revolutionary Central Committee of theoretical studies - Shanghai Normal University “consultation democracy and public policy research center ” research group and his party, the center director Fu Fujin (deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the NPC Standing Committee, the Central Revolutionary Committee Vice Chairman), came to Shanghai Minhang District to conduct a special investigation on the “Public Policy Evaluation” project implemented in this area.
