[目的]了解大连市美容美发场所公用物品的卫生状况,为卫生政策的制定提供依据。[方法]对2009～2011年大连市191家美容美发场所公用物品进行检测。[结果]2009～2011年合计检测美容美发店191家,检测样品985份,合格的893份,合格率为90.66%。样品合格率,2009为87.12%、2010年为94.07%、2011为100.00%(P<0.01);不同指标合格率,细菌总数为83.49%,大肠菌群为97.27%,金黄的葡萄球菌为100.00%(P<0.01)。样品合格率,美发店的毛巾为61.11%,梳子为100.00%,剪刀为97.83%,推子为96.15%,配料碗为100.00%(P<0.01);美容店毛巾为89.52%,配料碗为94.05%,洗面盆为64.29%,超声波导输仪探头为100.00%,配料棒为100.00%,床单为83.33%(P<0.01)。[结论]美容美发公共场所公用物品总体卫生状况良好。
[Objective] To understand the health status of public goods in the beauty salons in Dalian and provide the basis for the formulation of health policies. [Method] The testing items of 191 public hairdressing and beauty salons in Dalian from 2009 to 2011 were tested. [Results] The total number of beauty testing and saling shops 191 from 2009 to 2011 was 985 and 893 were qualified, the pass rate was 90.66%. The passing rate of samples was 87.12% in 2009, 94.07% in 2010 and 100.00% in 2011 (P <0.01). The pass rate of different indexes was 83.49% for bacteria, 97.27% for coliform bacteria and 100.00% for Staphylococcus aureus. (P <0.01). The passing rate of the samples was 61.11% for the hair salons, 100.00% for the combs, 97.83% for the scissors, 96.15% for the faders, 100.00% for the ingredient bowl (P <0.01), 89.52% for the beauty shop towel and 94.05 for the ingredient bowl %, Washing basin was 64.29%, ultrasonic transducer transmitter was 100.00%, ingredient bar was 100.00% and bed sheet was 83.33% (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The common health condition of public goods in beauty salon is good.
