目的了解宜都市慢性病和相关危险因素流行现状,为开展社区慢性病综合防治及其效果评价提供基础资料。方法采用多阶段随机抽样对3 000名调查对象开展问卷调查、体格测量和血样检测。描述慢性病患病现状,采用复杂抽样Logistic回归分析探讨高血压、血糖偏高和高血脂的危险因素。结果宜都市慢性病患病率标化后为肥胖率4.57%、高血压25.87%、血糖偏高率4.24%、高血脂率37.33%。高年龄、超重、肥胖、喜食腌熏食品、慢病家族史、坐卧时间长是宜都市慢性病发病的危险因素,戒烟、高劳动强度和体育锻炼是保护因素。结论宜都市居民慢性病患病率高于2002年全国平均水平,但低于2010年湖北省平均水平,有必要针对以上危险因素及时开展社区防治工作。
Objective To understand the prevalence of chronic diseases and related risk factors in Yidu and provide basic information for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in community and its effect evaluation. Methods A total of 3 000 respondents were surveyed by questionnaires, physical measurements and blood samples using multi-stage random sampling. Describe the status quo of chronic disease, using complex sampling Logistic regression analysis of hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia risk factors. Results The prevalence of chronic diseases in Yidu City was standardized to be 4.57%, hypertension 25.87%, hyperglycemia 4.24% and hyperlipidemia 37.33%. High age, overweight, obesity, eating smoked foods, family history of chronic illness, sitting for a long time is a risk factor for the onset of chronic diseases in Yidu City, smoking cessation, high labor intensity and physical exercise are protective factors. Conclusion The prevalence of chronic diseases in Yidu residents is higher than the national average in 2002, but lower than the average of Hubei in 2010. Therefore, it is necessary to timely carry out community prevention and control work in light of the above risk factors.
