作者分别用宏观分析、显微分析、X射线衍射分析三个不同层次检验和分析了定向凝固的状态。在此基础上,提出了定量评估定向凝固程度和质量的四个参数F,U, W和A,并根据此四个基本参数,派生出一系列描述枝晶生长形貌的参数,如一次轴直径φ,枝晶直径Φ,一次轴间距e,二次枝晶长度d长,揭示了定向参数和枝晶形貌间的联系,研究了定向参数及其变化规律,描述了枝晶生长的形貌,探讨了定向参数、枝晶形貌和铸态机械性能之间的关系。
The authors examine and analyze the state of directional solidification with three different levels of macro analysis, micro analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis respectively. On this basis, four parameters F, U, W and A for quantitatively evaluating the degree and quality of directional solidification are proposed.
