粘性介质压力成形 (ViscousPressureForming ,VPF)工艺非常适合于采用难变形材料的多品种、小批量零件的生产。当前的研究主要集中在成形过程中粘性介质粘度对板料成形的影响 ;介质排放口以及反向压力等工艺参数对成形性的影响。通过实验研究并结合数值模拟的方法对工艺进行优化 ,对于缩短板料件新材料应用研制周期、提高复杂形状板料件性能、控制板料成形件的厚度减薄具有重要意义
The Viscous PressForming (VPF) process is well-suited for the production of multi-species, small batch parts with difficult-to-deformable materials. The current research mainly focuses on the influence of the viscosity of viscous medium on the forming of sheet metal during the forming process, the influence of process parameters such as medium discharge port and reverse pressure on the formability. Through the experimental research and numerical simulation, the optimization of the process is of great significance for shortening the application cycle of new material of sheet metal parts, improving the performance of sheet metal parts with complex shapes and controlling the thickness reduction of sheet metal parts
