1 结构拓扑优化设计的均匀化方法 基于均匀化方法的连续体结构拓扑优化,是近年来结构优化领域中最重要的研究进展。均匀化方法就是在均质基体材料中引入某种形状的材料或孔洞,构成周期性密布的微结构(如图1),运用均匀化理论建立宏观等效材料性质的非线性函数,进而可用通常的方法对具有微结构的宏观等效材料及其结构进行力学分析。优化材料的微结构不仅可以改变材料分布以及结构的拓扑布局,而且可以设计材料的性能。
A Hierarchy Topology Optimization Design Homogenization Method Homogenization method based continuum structure topology optimization is the most important research progress in structural optimization field in recent years. The homogenization method is to introduce a certain shape of material or hole in a homogeneous matrix material to form periodic microstructures (as shown in Figure 1). The homogenization theory is used to establish the nonlinear function of macroscopic equivalent material properties, The method of mechanical analysis of macroscopic equivalent material with microstructure and its structure. Optimizing the microstructure of a material not only changes the material distribution and the topology of the structure, but also the material properties.
