注塑模具的设计成功与否,往往依赖于专家对某类产品的设计、生产经验知识。而由于这些知识的“私有”性,使得一位新的模具设计师很难在较短的时间内熟悉该产品的设计流程和结构参数选择。从而延长了设计周期,增加了设计与制造成本,影响了知识的更替与创新。分析了浇口设计影响因素,并从基于知识的角度,对浇口设计的相关知识与规则进行了总结和归纳,利用Access2000数据库管理系统,构建了浇口设计的数据库,从而完成了浇口的计算机辅助设计系统。
