对海姆维斯蒂栒子进行遮荫处理,通过对叶片解剖结构、新梢生长等指标进行观察和测定,探讨其耐荫能力。结果表明:遮盖三层遮阳网(透光率8.0%)处理下的气孔密度极显著低于其他处理,其他处理间的差异不显著;各处理下的气孔大小、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比相互间差异不显著;全光照和一层遮荫(透光率45.7%)处理下的叶片厚度无显著差异,但极显著高于三层遮荫、显著高于两层遮荫(透光率17.5%)处理;全光照处理下新梢总生长量显著高于遮荫处理,节间长度极显著低于遮荫处理。综合各测定指标及形态观察认为,海姆维斯蒂栒子在全光照条件下生长发育良好,但也具有一定耐荫性,在一层遮荫处理(即光照为22 864 lx,透光率为的45.7%)的条件下也可以正常生长。
