中等专业学校砌筑技术实践教学是中职教育培养砌筑人才,提升学校竞赛水平,促进学生职业能力的重要环节。江苏省赣榆中等专业学校针对砌筑工教学特点和省、市建筑类技能大赛实施方案,对砌筑技术操作技能实践教学作了有益探索,并取得了良好的效果。一、中职砌筑技术教学存在的不足1.学生的操作技能水平基础差,大多数中职生是初中刚毕业,年龄小,在初中阶段成绩差,对自己能否学好专业课程,缺乏自信心。学生很少参加重体力劳动,更谈不上是砌筑这样劳动强度大的技能训练。2.学生的训练意识薄弱,学习积极
