本文拟从美国地方政府的经济职能和美国地方政府几种常规的经济运作方式对美国地方政府在市场经济条件下如何有效地促进和保证地方经济的发展进行探究。
This article intends to explore how the U.S. local government can effectively promote and ensure the development of the local economy under the conditions of a market economy from the economic functions of the U.S. local governments and several conventional economic operations of the U.S. local governments.
