国内第一家产学研结合、企业化运作的集成电路研发中心——上海集成电路研发中心12月19日宣告成立。中共中央政治局委员、上海市委书记、市长陈良宇和全国政协副主席胡启立为中心揭牌。信息产业部副部长苟仲文,上海市常务副市长蒋以任,中共上海市委常委、市委秘书长范德官,上海市政协副主席王生洪等出席揭牌仪式。
The first integrated circuit research and development center that integrates production, education and research, and operation of an enterprise in China - Shanghai IC R & D Center was established on December 19. Chen Liangyu, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and mayor, and Hu Qili, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, unveiled the center. Gou Zhongwen, vice minister of the Ministry of Information Industry, Jiang Yiren, executive vice mayor of Shanghai, Fan Deguan, member of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and secretary general of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and Wang Shenghong, vice chairman of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference attended the opening ceremony.
