我区有两个县局在发展农村电话通信网上采取了不同的作法,收效也截然不同。甲县局1984年在全县农村安装了环路载波机,取消了农话台,15个支局交换点并入了县市内电话网。1987年又在全县各乡安装了引进的SG—1A型全电子布控自动交换机,一举实现了全县电话自动化。由于村级线路都是单线,不能进自动网,各支局不得不另设一部磁石交换机,由人工接转。又由于资费增加,农话用户逐年减少。1983年到1987年五年间共减少电话46部。乙县局1986年全县环路载波投产,10个农村支局实现了乡至县局的自动、半自动拨号。随后,各乡镇、村,陆续集资,架设了标准的双线线路,又逐步更新了交换设备。稳扎稳打,创造条件,终于实现了屯屯通电话,去年一年发展计费电话49台。
