理念一:要珍惜品牌资源,不可随意改版。改版要遵循电视基本规律,一定不能坠入改版的误区,更不能简单地认为只要一改版一切问题就迎刃而解。栏目出现问题,原因是多方面的。如果我们仅凭热情,忽略品牌建设的深刻内涵,只注重短期策划、设计一时的市场份额,忽略品牌建设的长远规划及核心理念,甚至在栏目的成长期仅因收视率低就仓促改版,其实质是忽略了品牌建设的基本规律,不仅培育不出自己的优质品牌,而且很容易使栏目陷入改版的恶性循环。另外,一旦改版不当,反复地拆合资源,就可能破坏资源的完整性及合理性。
