车铣复合加工 最早的车铣复合加工,是在车床的横向小拖板上装上可回转的车铣夹头来进行的。以后出现了专门的车铣加工机床和车铣加工中心机床。这种加工由于采用多刃的回转铣刀替代单刃的车刀,因而切屑呈逗号型短屑,解决了车削中的断屑问题。同时刀具寿命也大大提高,最高的达20~30倍。车铣加工可采用较高的切削速度和较高的切削用量,故可提高生产效率。车铣加工的应用范围是:粗加工和半精加工,特别是大余量的拔荒及回转体上开槽、铣平面等。
