DO30系列数字式三用表校验仪是一种四位数字式交直流电流电压发生器,用于检定万用表及0.5级以下的各类电工仪表非常方便可靠。该仪器一般可用精度为±0.05%以上的交直流数字繁用表对其交直流电流、电压档进行直接校验。但存在以下几个方面的问题: 1.一般国产的数字式繁用表测量范围有限,不能覆盖被测仪器的所有量限。 2.交流部分测量精度较低,达不到测量要求。 3.进口或精度较高一点的数字式繁用表价格昂贵,一般地、县级计量部门尚不具备购买条件。鉴于以上原因,我们在工作中应用上海电表厂生产的XF1b型精密电表校验装置取代数字式繁用表对DO30-B、DO30-C型三用表校验仪进行校验,取得了比较满意的效果。具体方法介绍如下: 一、校验原理及方法 1.交直流电流档的校验校验原理如图1所示。
