高分子吸水剂能吸收自身重量的数百倍至千倍以上的水分,吸水后呈凝胶状,当周围环境干燥时,能将其吸收的水分缓慢地释放出来。释放的水分,95%可供植物根部吸收。这一性能,对改善树木水分供应状况非常有效。我省瘠薄山区宜林地约有1200万亩,由于干旱缺水,严重影响了造林绿化进程。为了探索解决这一问题的途径,我们在春季侧柏造林时,应用高分子吸水剂,作了提高造林成活率的试验。另外,还用该吸水剂作了提高苹果座果率的试验,都获得较好的效果。现总结如下。
