结合笔者多年的班主任工作实践,探索了班级工作中创新教育的做法,研讨了班主任对学生进行个性化创新教育的方法,让这些春雨中的小荷承受雨露的滋润,收到事半功倍的教育效果。
Combining with the author’s years of working experience in class teacher, I explored the innovative education in class work and discussed the teacher in charge of individualized and innovative education for students, so that these small flowers in the spring rain can withstand the rain and moisture and receive more effective education.
