本文论述了为提高Cr12MoV钢冷变形模具的耐磨性而进行的粉末渗硼+低温液体渗硫复合处理试验研究。为使Cr12MoV钢获得适当厚度的单—Fe_2B渗硼层,以减小其脆性剥落,进行了渗硼剂的成分配比及渗硼工艺参数的试验,并对复合处理后的渗层组织和结构进行了金相、X射线及电子探针扫描分析,测定了渗层的硬度及厚度;对单纯渗硼、单纯渗硫以及渗硼+渗硫后的表面进行了耐磨性和抗咬合性对比试验。结果表明,渗硼+渗硫复合处理,使Cr12MoV钢模腔表面在获得高硬度渗硼层的基础上覆盖一层极薄的渗硫层,其抗粘着磨损特性良好,使用寿命显著提高。
In this paper, the experimental research on powder infiltration + cryogenic liquid sulfur infiltration treatment to improve the wear resistance of Cr12MoV steel cold-deformed mold was discussed. In order to obtain Cr12MoV steel with proper thickness of single-Fe_2B boronizing layer to reduce the brittle flaking, the composition ratio of boronizing agent and the parameters of boronizing process were tested, and the structure and structure of the composite layer The metallographic, X-ray and electron probe scanning analyzes were carried out to determine the hardness and thickness of the layer. The wear resistance and seizure resistance of the surface after pure boronizing, pure sulfurizing and boronizing + sulfurizing were compared test. The results show that the boronizing and infiltration sulfur composite treatment can make the surface of Cr12MoV steel cavity covered with a very thin layer of sulfurized layer on the basis of obtaining the high hardness boronizing layer, and the anti-adhesion and wear properties are good and the service life is obviously improved.
