控制系统性能的在线诊断作为控制系统性能评估的主要组成部分之一,对于保障控制系统的长期有效运行具有重要意义。控制回路振荡是控制性能下降的一种常见表现形式,而导致控制系统振荡的主要原因有控制阀非线性、控制器过调、模型对象失配和不可测周期性扰动等。对已有的控制系统性能诊断方法按照是否存在振荡情况分别进行了总结,特别对回路振荡的检测与性能诊断方法进行了回顾分析。最后得到基于振荡检测的控制回路性能诊断流程。同时提出今后控制性能诊断领域的发展方向是从控制性能评价指标中获得更多的控制系统性能诊断信息,在统一框架内形成综合的性能诊断方法,从而确定性能恶化的原因。
As one of the main components of the performance evaluation of control system, on-line diagnosis of control system performance is of great significance to ensure the long-term effective operation of control system. Control loop oscillation is a common manifestation of control performance degradation. The main causes of oscillation of control system include control valve nonlinearity, controller overshoot, model object mismatch and unmeasured periodic perturbations. The methods of diagnosing the performance of the existing control system are respectively summarized according to whether the oscillation exists or not. In particular, the detection and performance diagnosis of loop oscillation are analyzed retrospectively. Finally, based on the oscillation detection control loop performance diagnosis process. At the same time, it is proposed that the future direction of control performance diagnosis is to obtain more diagnostic information of control system performance from the control performance evaluation index, and to form a comprehensive performance diagnosis method within the unified framework so as to determine the cause of performance deterioration.
