分子标记是随着分子生物学技术的发展出现的一类重要的遗传标记,近年来发展迅速。分子标记技术是研究葡萄起源和新品种选育的重要工具,目前已在葡萄遗传育种等方面的研究中得到广泛应用。该文综述了近年来分子标记在葡萄种质资源鉴定、分子遗传图谱构建以及分子标记辅助育种等方面的应用,评述了分子标记在葡萄遗传育种等方面的应用前景以及目前存在的问题,以期为优质葡萄种质资源的挖掘和分子标记辅助育种提供一定的理论依据。
Molecular markers are an important class of genetic markers that have emerged with the development of molecular biology techniques and have developed rapidly in recent years.
