2006年4月,经甘肃省地方税务局批准,兰州市地方税务局房地产建筑安装业税收征收管理分局正式成立(现更名为:兰州市地税局专业化管理分局)。5年来,该局在贯彻“两提两抓”工作思路,坚持“房源控制税源、管理增加税收”的实践中,加强了税收专业化、一体化管理,推行了综合治税,努力实现税收管理从粗放型向精细化、集约化的转变。
