本文提出了一种快速、灵敏和直接测定血清和水样中痕量铝的ICP-AES方法。方法基于以聚四氟乙烯为氟化剂。促进铝在石墨炉中的蒸发。研究了铝的蒸发行为,考察了共存元素的干扰,提出了铝的蒸发机理。该法测定铝的检出限为0.5ng/mL,RSD为2.2%(n=9,Al浓度为0.2μg/mL),线性范围达4个数量级。采用本法直接测定了血清和自来水中的痕量铝,其分析结果和标准参考物质标定值吻合很好。
In this paper, an ICP-AES method for rapid, sensitive and direct determination of trace aluminum in serum and water samples is proposed. The method is based on polytetrafluoroethylene as a fluorinating agent. Promotes the evaporation of aluminum in graphite furnaces. The evaporation behavior of aluminum was investigated, the interference of coexisting elements was investigated, and the evaporation mechanism of aluminum was proposed. The detection limit of this method is 0.5ng / mL, RSD is 2.2% (n = 9, Al concentration is 0.2μg / mL) and the linear range is up to 4 orders of magnitude. The direct determination of trace amounts of aluminum in serum and tap water by this method is in good agreement with the standard reference material calibration.
