我们烧结厂使用的热矿振动筛是上海冶金矿山机器厂生产的第一批产品,给90米~2烧结机配套的。原设计是两台振动筛,前面一台没有筛孔,作为振动给料机用的。筛面尺寸是:宽3.1米,长6.5米。各安有振动器三台,每台的振动力((?)Rω~2)约20吨,三台共为60吨。振动力与筛面的夹角是27°18′,筛面的水平倾斜角是5°。筛框全用1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢板铆焊而成,筛篦板是铬锰氮钢铸成的。安装竣工后,试运转20天;但由于设计结构存在一些问题;以及维护检修不好,备件供应不及,致使大梁及侧板均被振
