间接摄影(简称缩影)在防痨方面的应用是大家都很熟悉的。但一般综合医院放射科应用胸部缩影的并不普遍,至于胃肠缩影,在国内尚未见有报告者。除了胸部、胃肠缩影外,缩影亦有用于全身骨骼检查的,亦有用在断层的。由于缩影能够节约大量胶片,符合多快好省的要求,所以将我们在这一工作中的点滴经验介绍于下,供同道们参考,并希望指正,以便作进一步的改进。我科的缩影工作有胸部及胃肠两部分: Indirect photography (referred to as microcosm) in the anti-痨 aspects of the application is that we are all familiar with.
