河池地区环江毛南族自治县缫丝厂,是一家生产白厂丝的国有企业,1993年6月22日,该厂与香港伟明实业公司签订了合资扩建该厂生产线,使其年生产能力达60吨白厂丝及其副产品的生产意向,同年8月正式签约,领取工商营业执照,成立“合资经营广西环江缫丝有限公司”,后改名为“广西健方缫丝有限公司”。这是毛南族自治县首家中外合资企业,因此当地政府极为重视,县长、副县长担任了合资公司的董事长、副董事长。该项目总投资113.78万美元,注册资本金79.3万美
Hechi District Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County Yusi Plant is a state-owned enterprise that produces Baichangsi. On June 22, 1993, the factory and Hong Kong Weiming Industrial Company signed a joint venture to expand the plant’s production line to an annual production capacity of 60. The intention of the production of tons of white factory wire and its by-products was formally signed in August of the same year. The business license was obtained and a “Joint Venture of Guangxi Huanjiang Silk Co., Ltd.” was established. Later it was renamed “Guangxi Jianfang Cocoon Co., Ltd.”. This is the first Sino-foreign joint venture in Maonan Autonomous County. Therefore, the local government attaches great importance to it. The county governor and deputy county governor serve as the chairman and vice chairman of the joint venture company. The project has a total investment of 1,133,800 U.S. dollars and a registered capital of 793,000 U.S. dollars.
