目的:研究在高等院校《护理学基础》教学过程中应用PBL教学法结合案例讨论的效果。方法:将本校2015届新生随机抽取两个班级,分别为实验组与普通组,各51例,对实验组新生进行《护理学基础》授课时采取PBL教学法结合案例讨论进行授课,对后组学生采取传统教学模式授课,观察其学期末考试结果。结果:普通组学生期末考试成绩低于实验组,P<0.05。结论:针对护理专业学生进行PBL教学法授课,既可以加深学生对所学知识进行巩固,又能提高其学习自主性,大部分学生学习成绩较好。
Objective: To study the effect of using PBL pedagogy combined with case discussion in the teaching of “Nursing Basics” in colleges and universities. Methods: The freshmen of our school were randomly selected two classes, experimental group and general group, respectively, 51 cases, the experimental group of freshmen for “Nursing Foundation” to take PBL pedagogy combined with case discussion teaching, the latter group Students take the traditional teaching mode teaching, observation of the final exam results. Results: The result of the final exam of the general group of students was lower than that of the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PBL teaching method for nursing students can not only deepen students’ knowledge of consolidation but also improve their learning autonomy, and most students have good academic performance.
