“十二五”以来,衡水市围绕“绿色崛起、生态振兴”发展战略,把造林绿化作为实现“强势开局、跨越赶超”的重要举措,作为放大生态优势、建设生态文明的关键环节,作为提升城乡面貌、治理大气污染的有效抓手,努力克服全境处于平原地区、宜林地大面积减少的不利情况,大力推进“一人一亩林”工程,截至2013年底,全市造林绿化总面积达到436万亩,森林覆盖率达到27.8%。省委书记周本顺作出“衡水市‘一人一亩林’的决心和措施很好。盼望早日实现”的重要批示。
