我们参照西安医学院谭升顺等的介绍,改进“扁桃体组织糊”的制备工艺,制成“扁桃体组织液”,并自1978年10月至1979年12月治疗过敏性鼻炎、银屑病等疾患141例,获得了一定的疗效,现将资料完整的120例报告如下。 材料与方法 一、制备工艺:取摘除异体之扁桃体100克,用清水洗涤,剪碎后用组织纹碎器纹成糊状,再加入生理盐水稀释至1000毫升,加苯酚(化学纯)3克防腐,浸泡48小时,经6层纱布过滤除渣,即得“扁桃体组织液”原液。原液用1N盐酸调整PH值在4～5之间,
