实践教学是高等教学体系的重要组成部分,也是提高大学生实践创新能力的重要途径。由于教学基地建设和教学体系不完善,实践教学是人才培养中的薄弱环节。本文提出灵活适应市场需求的“1+2+3”分层导学培养模式和“校-政-企”合作人才培养模式,构建实践内容+技能培养“两位一体”的实践教学体系,采用“建设课程教材”、“打造实践团队”、“培养应用技能”、“完善实习基地”和评估实践教学效果等保障措施。
