杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook)是我国重要的用材树种,萌芽力强,伐后萌条多且生长快,这给幼林抚育造成一定的困难。为了探明杉芽中内源激素的存在情况,为控制过度萌蘗提供理论依据,继杉木中内源激素的研究之后,在1983和1984年,我们又对三种不同大小的杉芽(小芽、未展叶大芽和展叶大芽)中的内源细胞分裂素的定性鉴定进行了探索,现报道如下。
Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook) is an important timber species in our country. It has strong sprouting force, many adventitious sprouts and fast growth after it is cut, which will cause certain difficulties for young forest tending. In order to explore the existence of endogenous hormones in the spruce shoots, to provide a theoretical basis for controlling excessive sprouting, following the study of endogenous hormones in Chinese fir, in 1983 and 1984, we again three different sizes of spruce (small Buds, unsplit leaf buds and Zhayi buds) in the qualitative identification of endogenous cytokinin were explored are reported below.
