高纯稀土分离工业性试验基地建设项目是国家计委批复的国家重点工业性试验项目。目的是针对国内稀土生产中存在的主要技术问题开展研究和工业性试验。本项目建设中采用了针对中钇富铕富镧稀土物料的两步法分离提取荧光级氧化钇和还原萃取提取高纯铕先进工艺,选择高效萃取设备环隙式离心萃取器和振动筛板萃取柱为主体设备,在试验系统中设置了自动控制、在线分析和简单反馈控制系统。本项目已经顺利完成。于1994年5月通过了鉴定验收,采用的新技术获得成功。
High purity rare earth separation industrial test base construction project is approved by the State Planning Commission of the state’s key industrial pilot projects. The purpose is to carry out research and industrial tests on the main technical problems in the rare earth production in China. In this project, a two-step method for the separation and extraction of high-purity europium from high-purity europium and yttrium oxide is proposed for the extraction of rare earth yttrium-rich europium-rich lanthanum material by advanced extraction process. Column as the main equipment in the test system set up automatic control, online analysis and simple feedback control system. This project has been successfully completed. In May 1994 passed the appraisal and acceptance, the success of the new technology.
