铁素体不锈钢在国外已大量应用于铁路车辆。我国研制的TCS铁素体不锈钢母材力学性能良好。焊接接头的热影响区硬度没有明显下降,焊接接头整体的抗拉强度高于母材。经过焊接热循环,焊接热影响区存在0.5~0.7 mm的粗晶粒区,晶粒度只有1~3级。这一区域的低温韧性较低。
Ferritic stainless steel in foreign countries have been widely used in railway vehicles. China developed TCS ferritic stainless steel base metal mechanical properties are good. The HAZ hardness of the welded joint did not decrease obviously, and the tensile strength of the welded joint as a whole was higher than that of the base metal. After welding heat cycle, there is 0.5 ~ 0.7 mm coarse grain area in the HAZ, and the grain size is only 1 ~ 3 grade. The low temperature toughness in this area is low.
